A turn based straregy game where you build and defend an empire. Each round you get points to spend on three actions. You choose actions from 6 basic actions and 5 advanced actions. Player receives points to spend on those actions based on three dice rolls. The points from each die must be used on separate actions. If you choose the same action in consecutive turns the costs of that action increases by 1 point from the cost of the action in the preceding round. Certain actions can only be taken in tiles that match the type of action chosen.
Every turn there is a random chance a tile will be invade if the tile is unoccupied it will immediately be conquered and the invaders will spawn from that time every round and every round the number spawned will increase until the tile is recaptured.

In order to win the game you must score 100 civilization points before the end of 12 rounds or before 30% of the board is occupied by enemy forces
- Score 1 point for each hex you control less the number of hexes the enemy controls.
- Score 10 points for winning a battle. Deduct 10 points if you lose a battle
- Score 10 points for each base product with a supply of at least 100 units.
- Score 20 points for each of these cultural milestones
- Raising technology level to 100.
- Establishing towns in at least 20 squares. Any towns that are destroyed or controlled by enemies forces do not count.
- Establishing a city. Any city that is destroyed or controlled by enemy forces deducts 20 points from your score.
